Owner and Operator, Global Lash Trainer, Beauty Technician & Trainer
Sierra was raised in Shawnigan Lake Village, moved to big cities in her early 20s to exploring the world and still, coming back to Shawnigan Lake in her later years where she then opened up her home salon in 2014, after years of working in her own home she moved her business into the village in 2017. Where Demure is still located.
Demure has been apart of the village and is highly recommend for the communities beauty needs. Holding on to her employees for years shows how well this business has stood.
Opening up the Demure Academy in 2021 for Beauty Training and Lash Sales.
Sierra takes huge pride in her work and training students to becoming the best in the industry, being in the industry for over 10 years and still thriving shows, she is passionate and kind in every way.
Sierra loves her friends family, pets and everyone she comes into contact with.
Labeled as one of the best lash artists on Vancouver island.

This Beautiful talented woman is our master Gel Nail artist and educator at Demure salon & academy, working with gel nails now for 12 years!
Not only an extreme gel nail artist she is also a home realtor.

Olivia is artistic, kind, caring with a strong personality that we all love so much!
Olivia loves being healthy and always has words of wisdom to share.
Olivia has been at Demure Salon now for 5 years and we wouldn't know what to do without her. making our salon feel like home and warm for clients and staff. always full of laughter and light.
Olivia is no longer taking clientele, if you are wanting to get a nail appointment with Olivia it can be requested.

Our Beautiful Tara has been a part of Demure Team for years, being the best friend of owner Sierra and also working aside her in training and lash artistry.
Tara is passionate about her job as a lash artist and shows in her work ethic and artistry, with over 12 years experience in the lash industry.
She is friendly, professional, quick and witty, always learning and extremely in-depth and knowledgable.
Tara is passionate about beauty as a laser technician and skin specialist at Dermapure. she's all about looking after others and making them feel and look beautiful.
